Studio Rental Terms & Policies

By booking a session at Estudio Elevada, you agree to the following terms:

Location & Access
• Studio is located in Downtown Santa Ana on the second floor with stair access only inside Sons & Daughters Collective.
• You will receive access instructions upon confirmation.
• Metered street parking available; we recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before your booking to account for parking.
• No elevator access; no loading zone — plan accordingly for equipment.

Booking + Timing
• Please arrive on time. Your booking includes setup + breakdown time.
• Booking includes access to studio, props, lighting, and furniture.
• Overtime will be billed in 30-min increments if the studio is not vacated on time.
• Max capacity is 5-6 people.

Studio Cancellations + Rescheduling
Because each booking reserves exclusive studio time and removes availability for other clients, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may receive studio credit to rebook within 30 days of your original booking date, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling:
    Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.

  • Approved reschedules will be issued as studio credit only, valid for 30 days.

  • Requests made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

    Partial Cancellations:

  • Partial cancellations, time reductions, or shortened bookings are not permitted.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, the full reserved time remains billable, regardless of whether all time slots are filled or used.

    How to Cancel or Reschedule
    • Use your confirmation email to manage your booking.
    • If you need to reschedule your session, please email us at info@elevadacollective.com.

    Please ensure your date and time work for you before booking.

Studio Rules
• No smoking, vaping, glitter, confetti, or open flames.
• No pets
• No food unless part of a shoot (must protect surfaces)
• Return all furniture to its original layout.
• Do not drag furniture — lift to avoid damage.
• Leave the studio in the condition it was found. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.

Security & Conduct
• Security camera is on during sessions for safety.
• No nudity or adult content permitted.
• Host reserves right to terminate session if rules are broken.

Content Use
• You are welcome to tag @estudioelevada in your content!
• Behind-the-scenes content is encouraged.

Estudio Elevada is not responsible for personal items left behind or injuries sustained on-site. Booking confirms your agreement to these terms.
